I made this for our 4th of July gathering, and it was a big hit. It was soooo EASY to make (It took me about two minutes to whip up)! I would definitely make it again

This is beautiful, as well as, very tasty. It was taken to two different functions and people enjoyed it. I also, made the receipe for my family. I put small slices of tomatoes and a couple olives on top of the salad.

This recipe is awesome - my family loved it and I had to make it twice over the holiday weekend. My husband who does not really care for Miricale Whip - LOVED this. Definately a must make for cookout or actually any meal!!!! Awesome

This was a big hit at a recent cookout. I think next time I might add chinese noodles or almonds for an extra crunch.

This was a great healthy salad. The apples added the right amount of crispness.

Outstanding dish for our 4th of July dinner. Received great raves from everyone. Think the next time I will try the cashews and poissibly the raising, using the yellow raising.

Raisins are a nice "zip", add eye appeal, and a bit of flavor contrast. My husband suggested adding cashew halves next time, with the raisins. I will make it again for sure!

I added dry roasted peanuts. We liked the added crunch.
