This recipe is great. I make a double batch. I add brown rice instead of the white rice.
I thought the soup would be wonderful from everyone comments, but it just okay. It is a easy and quick to make.
Great-great soup!! My 15 yr. old just loved it!! Made enough for just the two of us. the flavor was just fantastic!!
This is GREAT! It was my first time making soup, and my boyfriend raved it, even invited his friend to try some!! Only thing I did different was add dash of garlic powder. Very good, easy and healthy!!
This is now my 4th time making this soup. I'm having friends request it when they have the flu. :) I've even made it for a winter pot luck at work! It is VERY healthy (when you make the substituions) and VERY good. I'll agree with whoever said this -- it is the BEST chicken soup out there hands down!
I added some onions, mushrooms and other things for soup. This recipe was somewhat bland. Needed some jazzing up.
Hard to believe that something that takes such little time can taste so good.
I have made this soup twice now and I am still yet to make it exactly as described here ;) I ended up using just the vegetables I had at home and the seasoning mix and it was stunning both times!! Try using Cilantro instead of parsley, brown rice in place of white, and just substitute any of your favorite vegetables and you are still guaranteed a good meal
Very good and so simple! The Italian salad dressing mix added just the right spice.
I wondered about this recipe. Thought it sounded good but didn't know how the dressing mix would be. It was great. I just used some leftover veggies I had and they worked out great. I will most likely make again.
