I made a double batch of this recipe using a frozen vegetable medley, "Zesty" Italian dressing, and whole wheat noodles instead of rice. This is the best "Super Quick Soup" I have ever had. Fantastic!!!

This soup is tasty. The salad seasoning is a little different than what I am used to. However, the seasoning tasted better to me the more I let it sit and simmer. Would make this again, but maybe with some different seasoning mix.

We used fresh green beans and zucchini, and frozen broccoli floweretts and pepper strips. We also added red onion when we browned the chicken. We thought it needed to cook longer than 5 min., and we also thickened it with cornstarch. It was truly a taste treat. We will definitely make this soup again!
