A lasagna that takes just 20 minutes of prep and bakes into a meaty, cheesy, satisfying dish the family will ask for again and again? That's a keeper.

I like cooking food that doesn't take all day, and that doesn't call for alot. My family loves this dish.

The flavor of this recipe was very good. I did add extra sauce and water because I really do not like dry lasagna. One problem I had was my noodles did not become soft enough baking it at 350 for one hour. I had to up the temperature and bake for an hour and a half.

This was GREAT. I too did some altering. I took out half the ground beef and replaced with italian sausage. I added a little basil pesto sauce to the ricotta cheese. I made my spaghetti sauce from scratch (based on the spaghetti bolognese sauce on this website). But this was an excellent place to start. It's way easier than other recipes. I'm just picky so I always add SOMEthing.

I added a italian sausage to this recipe and my husband and kids loved it. I'll be making this again.

A hit with the family and so easy to make. I used low fat Ricotta cheese and lean ground beef and no one noticed. Tastes even better the next day!
