This is actually my second rating, and this time I'm giving it 5 stars! I used 1/2 t. of cinnamon and we grilled it since it's finally warming up. It was excellent!!

Easy to make and incredible flavor. We have tried several jerk chicken recipes and this is the best I have found.

I made this in a skillet, starting with 4 large frozen chicken breasts & added about 1/2 cup of water & then braised on low heat w/ the lid on for about 30 mins, turning occasionally & shredded the chicken when it was cooked. The whole family loved it!

This recipe was wonderful!! The chicken came out very moist and the different flavors blended together and I did not feel any of them overpowered the others. This is going to become a staple in our house.

Excellent!!! My family loved this recipe and it was so easy to make. I didn't add the ground red pepper because of stomach sensitivity but it was still Delicious! My family insists that I use the marinade on all the meats I cook now. I'm not sharing this one with my parents, they will use it to out cook me at the family gatherings! Thanks so much for submitting it & sharing it with all of us.

This was very good one of the better chicken recipes I have tried in quite some time. The family loved it. Highly recommended.
