Made this for my wife's birthday and she said she could have licked the pan. I used 1/3 fat free cream cheese and 1% milk. Also, they tasted like twice baked potatoes because I made them earlier in the day, them popped them in the oven at 350 for an hour before eating. Delicious

My whole family loved this! I made it with venison steaks, and it's only 6 WW points ;)

This recipe is excellent. My family loved all the flavor without all the butter and extra fat. I did have to add extra milk (we like our potatoes to be whipped) and extra salt. We could take or leave the paprika. I might try to replace the paprika with Mrs. Dash next time.

They were good but they came out kind of runny, I had to add instant potatoes to them.

These are the best mashed potatoes. They have so much flavor. My kids love them. I don't make any other mashed potatoes, now.

I was very impressed with this recipe. I used the no fat cream cheese and no fat milk, and my family didn't even realize it. Afterwards, I asked my husband what he thought of the potatoes, and he said they were good. See! You can cook healthy for your family, and still give them good tasting recipes.

This recipe is very delicious and a great lower fat alternative to regular mashed potatoes. I used reduced fat cream cheese instead of nonfat and liked it a lot. It was a big hit with everyone!
