Smothered Pork Chops

Smothered Pork Chops recipe
A seasoned coating mix on the outside keeps all the juiciness inside these pork chops. Onions and a savory gravy smother this crowd-pleaser in goodness.

This is ok for easy and quick. Tough to find pork gravy in a jar. My husband said it was ok but this recipe doesn't stand up as a leftover. I will make it again but I might punch up the shake bake with some red pepper flakes or additional seasoning.

This recipe was exceptional. It was impressive and so easy to make. The pork-chops were surprisingly tender. I had the porkchops, rice, vegetables, and salad made in a record 1hour on a busy Sunday afternoon after church services. I was very satisfied with the results and my family was satisfied by the filling and delicious new favorite.

This recipe was so good and so easy to make, I added a can of mushrooms with the gravy, turned out perfect and a great looking dish. My husband adored it too!

My family loved it. Only thing was that I didn't cook the pork chops in a shallow enough pan so a lot of the gravy was a little overcooked, but I will defintely make this again and make it in a shallower pan to soak up the gravy!

you have to use the shake and bake. The pork cames out very tender and moist. I served it over rice and made greenbeans and onions. Everyone ate it up.
