I give this recipe 4 stars. It was very easy to make. However, hubby said that he would only give it 3.5 stars. I don't think it was his favorite.

I also added the sage, garlic and pepper like recomended. O it was good. We will make this again, and it was so easy.

The meatstill had a bland taste to it but I would fix it again but add some more spices to it.

My husband and I enjoyed this recipe, however I should have cooked it less time because the meat was not tender and juicy like many of the ratings had mentioned. The onions lent an excellent flavor-I sauteed them before adding to the chops. I will make this again with mushrooms and with bone in chops.

It turned out really well. My hubby really liked it! I think I'll cook it a little less next time so the pork chops will be a little more tender.
