What You Need

cups cooked penne pasta

cup quartered cherry tomatoes

pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

1/2

cup prepared with less oil GOOD SEASONS Italian, Mild Italian or Zesty Italian Dressing Mix (see Tip)

1/3

cup lightly packed fresh basil, cut into strips

1/4

cup chopped red onions

1/4

cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not oil packed)

1/2

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

Make It

COMBINE all ingredients except chicken.

TOP with chicken.

Excellent Pasta salad. We cooked our chicken on the grill before adding to the pasta. I will definately make this again.

Absolutely loved it!!! I took it to work and my boss said it was the best pasta salad she's ever had. Very good.

I sauteed the onions, sundried tomatoes, and I added fresh mushrooms in EVOO. This dish was awesome!!!!

I cooked the chicken in some italian dressing as well. This was SO good! I will DEFINITELY make this again!

This was AWESOME!!!! easy to make and fun to eat. I cooked the chicken over slow heat in water and some italian salad dressing for some extra flavor.

My husband and I enjoy this salad!!! It's also good using whole wheat pasta or the Omega 3 enriched pasta.

Love this recipe... I don't like basil but I read that some people had substituted spinach for the basil and I did that. Amazing, I will definitely be making this often. Also, I used whole wheat pasta.
