We loved this recipe! We didn't have any tomatoes so I used cucumbers instead. It gave it a nice crunch. I also substituted the sundried tomatoes & basil for the FETA that had the sundried tomatoes and basil in it. I would definitely make this again!

I usually don't make dishes that you don't have to cook. I thought it was easy to make and very good tasting.It was different than what I am used to and I like that.

Absolutely delicious and really easy to make. I think a little extra basil is all that would improve this recipe.

This was kind of bland. I think it needed some bacon or something along those lines for some more flavor. It was definitely better the next day.

I made this dish for my family tonight and they loved it! My husband enjoyed the different flavors and my daughter just liked it all around. I have forwarded this recipe on to two friends and family members.

This recipe is so good! I have made it cold (to serve at tailgates) and hot as a meal. Both are wonderful!
