My roommate made this and I fell in love with it. i will be making it often.

Quick and easy. I do not like to use the Good Season mix b/c of sodium, instead I marinated chicken in sun-dried tomatoe dressing and eliminated the sun dried tomatoes. I think this would be great served cold in the summer.

This is now one of my most favorite family meals and take along for pot luck dinners. THe flavors are so wonderful and the fresh basil adds a wonderful taste. I prefer the balsamic vinegrette over any other dressing that I've substituted.

wonderful! I did add a few more veggies like mushrooms and red peppers then browned them all with the dressing. Very good. I love making this dish.
