I have made it twice so far. Awesome. The 2nd time I did not have cooked chicken on hand so I used cucumber. It was good.

I added cream cheese and fresh tomatoes to the sauce mix and it was yummy!!

I LOVED this recipe!!! I actually messed up when I went to the store with my list and bought roasted red peppers instead of sun dried tomatoes (that's what you get with two small screaming kids with you!!) So I skipped out on that ingredient but I used the roasted red peppers as a garnish. It was absolutly perfect. My family loved it. And my mom isn't even a fan of feta cheese
