I LOVED this recipe!!! I actually messed up when I went to the store with my list and bought roasted red peppers instead of sun dried tomatoes (that's what you get with two small screaming kids with you!!) So I skipped out on that ingredient but I used the roasted red peppers as a garnish. It was absolutly perfect. My family loved it. And my mom isn't even a fan of feta cheese

I made it the night before so I could take it to work the next day. After it was done I snacked on it, and it was alright. But the next day I had it for lunch it was ABSOLUTELY delicious!! Let sit overnight in the fridge!! :) I also substituted the Italian for Parmesan and herb dressing.

I loved it! I used Sundried Tomato Vinagrette instead of the Zesty Italian dressing. PERFECT!

Was delicious. Kids liked it too. I made double batch, so could have leftovers for lunch. Very good cold or warm. I bought frozen grilled chicken strips to cut down on prep time.

This is a great salad entree. I added a little more onion and basil.Took it to a party and everyone went back for more! Love taking home an empty bowl.

excellent!!! I did make a few changes-didn't have fresh basil so I used dried and I also used fresh tomatos instead of sun dried. YUM!
