I have made this many times for all my family and everyone loves it. I added sun dried peppers and roasted red peppers. You can add so much to change it up and it is ALWAYS so yummy.

I ended up making this without the tomatoes altogether, I could not put in the sun dried tomatoes they justed looked horrible. I added red pepper. It was very good (we ate it warm).

This was a wonderful salad. We had it for dinner tonight. I will want to prepare this in the summer when the weather is hot and you want something light and cool for dinner.

Absolutely delicious. If you like tomato & basil you will love this dish as well. Very easy to prepare. I would highly recommend it as an easy one-dish entree. Make extra; the leftovers are delicious as well!

My boyfriend and I make this all the time. We're in college, and after a full day of classes, it's so nice to come home and put together something quick and easy. We usually melt the feta into the italian dressing before adding the cooked pasta back into the pot.
