Excellant! My husband liked it too! We made it without the sun-dried tomatoes, though.

EXCELLENT!!! I made this for dinner the other night when I was short on time and it was great. I used precooked chicken breast and I also used light sun-dried tomatoe dressing, it was wonderful. My husband ate the rest for his lunch that night. Great for a quick summer meal along with fresh fruit!

The first time I made this, it was good fresh, but when it was time to eat it as leftovers it tasted like nothing but the onion. The next time I make it, I will definitely half the onion quantity.

Quick and easy. I do not like to use the Good Season mix b/c of sodium, instead I marinated chicken in sun-dried tomatoe dressing and eliminated the sun dried tomatoes. I think this would be great served cold in the summer.

This is now one of my most favorite family meals and take along for pot luck dinners. THe flavors are so wonderful and the fresh basil adds a wonderful taste. I prefer the balsamic vinegrette over any other dressing that I've substituted.
