Great as is, or spice it up some more. This is a good base for a salsa. You don't need the chicken, and add more veggies like avacado (a must), jalapeno, green peppers, garlic, tomatoes, and cumin and chili powder. And use mexi-corn instead of frozen corn. Delicious!

Looking forward to trying this recipe although some of the comments made me want to 'research' for another dressing, think I would add more Lime juice, garlic seasoning and maybe a little Jalapeno Pepper... I will see how it works out...

This dish was ok and while both my husband and I ate it I would not make it again. The flavor was not quite right...I'm just not sure the Italian dressing seasoning is the best choice. I'm disappointed because the ingredients make a great low-carb meal.

I do NOT recomend this recipe. I followed the directions exactly and after 2 bites decided to order pizza instead. Very disappointing. The flavors just don't go together at all. I hate to waste food but I just couldn't eat any more.

This was easy and delicious. I used frozen mango chunks instead of fresh ones as I've never had too much success trying to work with fresh ones and often they are not available in my area.

This recipe is very fresh. My husband and I enjoy it with tortilla chips and homemade guacamole or white rice on the side. I do not include the cilantro, and it is still very flavorful.

This was great ... I didn't use cilantro and I used grilled chicken strips from the freezer section

I don't usually like mango's but I gave this a try. It was awesome! A perfect light dish and great if you are trying to watch your calories. I just had leftovers again for dinner tonight. My picky 5 year old loved it!

I made this salad for a BBQ – It was a hit. The following day I made pasta & tossed the remains and served it up. Yummy! A keeper for sure!
