This was soooo awesome!! My husband, who normally can't stand too much cilantro, loved this dish. I think it could easily be a vegetarian dish also. Would definitely recommend it.

i loved it i added about a teaspoon of water & a little extra mango to it so it wouldn't be quite so tart for my husband but it is perfect the way it is.

This was a fantastic dish, but the cilantro was a little overpowering. I'm leaving it out in future renditions of the recipe. Plus it's a pain to chop cilantro...who needs it!

This recipe was FABULOUS! I wouldn't change a thing. My 7 year old took the leftovers in her lunch for school!

This was good, we ate it in on flour tortillas rather then chips. I cut the chicken up to small chucks and mixed it through the salad. I found it was better the next day I may make it up a day ahead the next time I make it. This defiantly is eye pleasing!

This was different and delicious. I used about 1/2 a package of dressing seasoning and scallions instead of red pepper. I will definitely make this again.
