This recipe is really easy and quick to make. It is also very delicious. I substituted Truvia for the sugar and it was perfect and less calories.

This is the perfect solution for those of us who have to watch what we eat. I made this twice, and when I took it to a picnic, the plate was LICKED clean. Not a crumb left! It's tasty and not too sweet. New York Style Cheesecake runs 800 calories a piece. This is a great alternative and also lets you gain on the delicious and healthy benefits of pumpkin.

This pie was very delicious and simple. I made it with 1/3 less fat cream cheese, and it turned out excellent! I agree with a previous user, though - I will increase the amount of pumpkin mixture next time.

easy to make and very tasty. Use the left over pumpkin to make the pumpkin bread recipe - also very good.
