Double-Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened

1/2

cup sugar

1/2

tsp. vanilla

eggs

1/2

cup canned pumpkin

1/4

tsp. ground cinnamon

Dash ground nutmeg

1/3

cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping

Make It

HEAT oven to 325ºF.

step 1

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, just until blended. Remove 1 cup batter; place in medium bowl. Stir in pumpkin and spices.

step 2

SPRAY 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray; sprinkle bottom with graham crumbs.

step 3

TOP with layers of plain and pumpkin batters. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.

This was the best desert ever. I did make a regular pie crust and substituted 12 packets of nutrasweet for the sugar to make it diabetic friendly. My family said the piecrust really made the cheesecake taste different and better. I will be definitely making this again in the future (with the alterations)

I think it could use more pumpkin. Wasn't the best cheesecake I have made. Won't make it again.

This pie is to die for!!! So flavorful. I have to admit I was nervous that it would be too pumpkin tasting since it is no bake but that was not the case. I loved the graham cracker crust!

My husband loves cheesecake. It's the only dessert that he will eat. He likes pumpkin pie, too, but not as much as cheesecake. So when I saw this recipe, I had to try it. He loves it so much that he asked for seconds right away! I love it, too! And it's so easy to make, that it can be made in the morning before you leave for a family gathering. Thanks!

This recipe has been in my generation for many years... it has been our favorite especially mine! I ate the whole thing myself once. I had it since 12 years old and now I am 30! Oh mama! I love it!

This has been a family favorite for a few years now. Even my husband, who doesn't like pumpkin pie, likes the cheesecake. I make it for all our holiday gatherings with family, friends, church and work.

This cheesecake is very yummy! I made it for my family and they all loved it. The only thing I might do different next time is use real pumpkin instead of canned pumpkin.
