I made this dessert for Thanksgiving. It went over better than the regular pumpkin pie that my mom has made for years! Very Very Good!

This was a hit at Thanksgiving and easy to make. I would suggest using a premade crust though and save some time that way.

The taste was delicious! But appearance wasn't so great. The cheesecake did not look like the picture. I followed the recipe exactly and my cheesecake was only about 1 inch thick. But despite looks, everyone loved it!
