This is easy and delicious. My husband raved about it and wants the relish again (pork was good too). You could sit and eat the whole bowl of relish - it's that good.

The Corn-Pepper Relish is absolutely delicious! I couldn't find the right type of pork in the amount suggested, so I substitued pork loin chops instead and it turned out great! Very Good Recipe.

I made the relish with the suggested onions added. It is easy and great as a side dish with anything. Good enough for company or to take to a pot-luck. I don't eat pork and may try this with grilled chicken as another cook here suggested. Kraft has another version on this site with cucumbers in place of the beans. That sounds lighter and I may try it. It would be more work.

So easy! I didn't have Italian dressing, so I substituted honey dijon--only not a full cup. I also didn't have red pepper, so I put cabbage in it. It turned out great. My family liked this recipe.

I love pork tenderloin no matter how it is cooked. However, fixing the recipe with the black bean side dish was fabulous.

WE ARE NOT PEPPER EATERS, SO I SUBSTITUED A CAN OF MEXICAN ROTEL FOR THE PEPPERS AND I ADDED CILANTRO AND IT WAS EXCELLENT. REALLY GAVE IT A GREAT TASTE.

We love the Black Bean & Corn Relish and make it regularly! It's the ONLY way my 7 yr old will eat black beans! You have to try it to believe how good it is! It's very healthy and is filling because of all the fiber. The pork needs to marinate in the dressing for more flavor. Basting while grilling isn't enough. Very Good!
