Ummm...the recipe was ok. It was raining outside, so, I couldn't grill it, I broiled it. Not a whole lot of flavor to the chops. I think it needed different seasonings in addition to the dressing.. like garlic powder, salt, pepper. I loved the corn with the red peppers. They were nice, cool, and delicious... would be great company to any warm bbq dish!! ( I didn't add the beans to the corn/red peppers)

Excellent grilling recipe especially when having company because its so easy. A wonderful mix of hot and cold flavors perfect for a Autumn meal.

I have not made this yet, but it sounds like it would be something that I would like. Would it be possible to modify this recipe for cooking inside as I do not have access to grilling at the moment.

I served this at Christmas and my entire family loved it. I will be making this again, many times. It was so easy to make. The corn-pepper relish would be good with other dishes as well.

this is really good! I used Kraft's Pesto Italian dressing in the corn pepper relish with a bit of Real Lemon juice. It gave it just enough zing to the bite without being overbearing. used 1/2 red pepper with 1/2 yellow pepper since it's a different shade of yellow from the corn. Also used the Pesto Italian on the pork. I suggest letting the pork marinate for a while and poking it with a fork to really get the flavor through. Cooked about 30 minutes turning every 5 over medium flame for pork loin cutlets that were about 1' thick. Great with brown rice for a balanced diet, and you can serve the corn pepper relish over the rice.

I made this for a dinner party. It turned out very well and my guests all really liked it. However, I did cook it a little bit longer than the recipe calls for. The relish was very good also; I added salt, pepper, and garlic powder to it. I would recommend it!

The whole family loved it and it was easy .I don't have a grill so I used the oven. Worked fine.
