This was probably one of the best meals I have made. I made it with mashed potatoes, and my fiance LOVED it. It was easy and tasted great!

My family loves this recipe. I have made it several time. The only change I make is leaving out the nut. however still a great recipe.

I made it rolled up as said and I loved the way it looked and tasted. My husband however didn't like the celery, nuts, or marmalade. He said crunchy things and oranges don't belong in meatloaf. So this one's not for everyone.

Mixed all ingredients together rather than "stuffing" the meatloaf. FABULOUS! My hubby's fav meatloaf ever!

I left out the orange marmalade, celery, and walnuts. But I substituted mushrooms, onions, and mozarella cheese. My kids loved it and so did my husband. I make this recipe all the time and it is a hit always.

The overall taste was good - but with the main ingredients in the middle, you mostly get a mouthful of hamburger until you reach the good stuff. My family would love for me to make this again but to mix it all together instead of folding it.

My husband was very impressed! He said, "you have outdone yourself this time". Both my kids really enjoyed it also!
