I made this for father's day & my dad loved it! The BBQ flavor adds a nice twist. I served it with "Light" tortilla chips for a healthy, low-fat appetizer!

Outstanding! It's simple, healthy and just so tasty! My family had this with spanish rice as a vegetarian dinner on a hot night and it was wonderful.

I love this recipe. It is a favorite in my family now because my sister and I make it all the time. Its hard to find low fat dips that have lots of flavor, but this one is wonderful. I keep the ingredents in my pantry at all times for a quick and easy treat. I like corn so I usually all two cans of whole kernal corn to mine. Everyone should try this recipe. Thanks!
