I used more fettuccine than stated, and only half a garlic clove, and it was still way too much garlic. Good recipe, DITCH THE GARLIC !

This recipe was amazing and I was surprised that it was so easy! I added a little bit of my own stuff but it was still fabulous!

Substituted basil for the nutmeg and kids loved it! They didn't even notice I used whole wheat pasta! Hubby is a Chef and said it was as good as what they make in the country club. Also added a little Kosher salt and peppercorn melange and it was wonderful.

This was very good. I added mushrooms and onions. I didn't add the nutmeg and it was very good.

This recipe was nothing special-edible, but not incredible.

Everyone I have made this recipe for has loved it! My kids love it and they are a little hard to please. I like to make a little extra sauce, add some cubed smoked ham, sauteed sliced fresh mushrooms, and a few green peas for color. Delicious!! Another option is topping the fettucine with grilled boneless chicken breast that has been marinated in Italian salad dressing. You can't go wrong with this recipe. It's hard to believe that something so good is so easy to prepare.

Excellent recipe to make. When i made it i decided to add tortellini and chicken breast. I also made more of the alfredo sauce to make it extra creamy. This made the recipe a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5.
