Absolutely Yummy!!! So quick and delicious! I left out the green onions for the kids, but the roasted red peppers set it off just perfect! Thanks! I will be showing this off at my next gathering.

Very good!! I substituted cream cheese for the mayo, and they tuned out great. My family loved them.

I added a bit more cheese than this called for, eliminated the red peppers and it was still delicious! Have made it three times since - so easy and tastes like it was not!

A total crowd pleaser. I thought I had red peppers but didn't and it still was the hit of our get together. Can't wait to try with peppers. I also used an italian blend cheese as suggested by another rater. A+ on flavor and ease.

This is the easiest, most delicious appetizer! Very original flavor that is sure to please everyone. I used 2 cups of an Italian Blend cheese and it was outstanding!!!

Awesome! I used red onion which I don't even like because that's all I had on hand, and it was still delicious! Will definitely make next time with scallions
