Wonderful recipe. Quick and easy and my guests loved them. Next time I think I'm going to try substituting sun dried tomatoes for the peppers.

Excellent appetizer and so fast and easy to make. Add a variety of ingredients including chopped kalamata olives, pressed garlic, crab, diced pepperoni or mushrooms for unique and different flavors. This is a keeper.

I made this for an work function -- it was a hit! So easy, and delicious. I used Kraft shredded Romano and Parmessan cheese -- this helped a bit with $, since Romano cheese is a bit pricey. It was wonderful!!!!!

Instead of romano cheese I used a mix of shredded asiago, romano, parmesan. It was excellent. I'm thinking on adding a little chopped budding beef for a different flavor.
