I'm one that really likes to take chances when it comes to cooking, everyone expects that. I am looking forward to making this for this year's Chrismas dinner. Wish me luck!!!!

I used cherry and raspberry for a birthday cake. It was by far the best birthday cake I have ever eaten. Pretty, too.

It wasn't a bad cake but the jello didn't turn out very much at all like the picture. It still tasted good, people liked it.

I made for a chirstmas party, it was very sweet but my family enjoyed it. Presentation was very pretty with the xmas colors.

I made this for dessert on Christmas Day. For some reason, it did not turn out as good as I had hoped. The jello did not fall into nice lines like the picture--it did in some spots and not in others.I followed the recipe exactly so I'm not sure what happened. Luckily, it was still edible and still looked "Christmasy" and everyone loved it! I will make again.

In addition to the Black Forest Delight, I also baked this cake, The Holiday Poke Cake. This cake amazed my family members. They thought it had come from the bakery, and they tried to figure out how did I get those beautiful Christmas colors in the cake. I used strawberry for the red and of course lime for the green color. The two flavors together makes "magic"!! This was my first Holiday Poke Cake ever, but it will not be my last!!! Wonderful Cake and so pretty!!
