This is the number one asked dessert in my house. I made this in a 13x9 pan, and used two boxes of pineapple jello instead. It was so good, I enjoying making all the time!

I make this for every holiday, plus some!! This is the only kind of cake my very picky 3 year old will eat!! He's not much of a sweets eater! We love it with cherry jell-o, but I've also made it with grape for my kids, not bad, but not for me!! I usually just make it in a 9x13 pan instead of the layers - unless it's for a special occasion like Christmas or a baby/bridal shower, then I'll do the layers & fancy it up a bit! :) Great recipe!! Love it!!

We make this for every holiday!!! I am making blue-rasberry & cherry for the 4th of July. Cherry & lime are perfect for Christmas.

Love this cake! I make it for all the different holidays, using the appropriate color/flavored jell-o, and I even made it for a baby shower. Yum!

This is a deliciously, light cake. It is not only great during the holidays but also during the hot, summer months because it is so cool! It is easy to make! This is one of my favorite recipes!

It's much better with frosting versus cool whip. But everyone loved the flavor.
