This cake was good and I liked it but I don't think I would make it again.

I also like to use chocolate cake and black cherry jello. The black cherry flavor is invisible, but the overall effect is delicious!

I have made this cake as one layer cake for years. My mother showed me how to make it several years ago and anytime we have a family event. This cake is requested. It is very simple and everyone loves it. The adults race the children to the dessert table for this cake.

I have been making this cake for the past 15 years, and it is always a favorite. My 24 year old daughter still requests it every year for her birthday cake! It is very easy, very light, and very festive. You can make it for holidays by simply changing the flavors of the jello.

I have been making this recipe for years. My personal favorite is to make it in a 13x9 inch pan with strawberry jello. I put the cool whip on top and then slice fresh strawberries and mix with strawberry glaze and put on top of the cool whip. People ask for this recipe all the time. It is probably the one they ask me to make the most.

I made this on Easter for my family. I used the grape and peach jello instead. The purple and yellowish-orange worked great for this holiday. The taste was great and was a big hit.
