I used real crab meat and added minced garlic, I think it would be very good with crawfish tail meat as well.

Wonderful recipe, and you can add xtra ingrediants, I added mushrooms...Next time I have guests over I am making this for them!!!

Used real crap meat and threw in a pound of boiled shrimp...... this recipe is simply to die for !

I use real crab instead of the imitation and it is superb. I would serve it to anyone. Also, the soup tastes great even without reheating.

This was easy and tasted great- the kids evenliked it. I sauted the leeks and then I threw everything else in a crock pot and slow cooked for 4 hours. I loved it. Easy!!

almost tasteless, needs more ingredients maybe a little chicken broth or seafood stock would help, I must admit that I did not use the (optional) ingredient, it may taste better with the wine

Can't wait to make it. Sounds easy and GOOD! Got the ingrd's to make,maybe on Wed. I have made it. I would make a few changes to the recipe, but a good base to start with. Easy.
