I eat Corned Beef Brisket with Cabbage only on St. Patty's Day. But with this recipe I am enjoying it more than once a year now. The dressing and baking of it after it has cooked for some time really brings out the flavor of the brisket even more. It is easy and is the only way I eat corned beef brisket now.

I made this recipe tonight to the rave reviews of my family. Everyone loved it, by the time the meal was ending we were already talking about making it again. My only complaint is I thought there was about twice as much glaze as it needed, but I suppose that just may be my personal preference.

Excellent. There weren't any leftovers! Both of my kiddos (3 and 18mo) loved it! :) Worth the time it took to make, I'll be putting this back on the table soon!

I've used this recipe several times during the last few years. It's our favorite. I buy about 6 lbs of brisket so we have enough for sandwiches. If you want a nice flavor twist, mix some orange marmalade in with the glaze. Yummy!
