No leftovers!! Family loved it. I amended the recipe to use only about half the maple syrup.

Best corned beef I have made, ever. It was the centerpiece of a St. Patty's day dinner that included red and white potatoes, carrots and turnips, all cooked in the same pot.

My husband & I both really enjoyed this recipe. This is the first time I have ever made corned beef, but I really enjoyed the flavor. I substituted sour cream for the horseradish, which gave the glaze the execellent flavor.

My family did like this recipe as a change from my normal corned beef and cabbage. will make it again sometime as a change. I will probably use less maple syrup and more mustard and double the horseradish, however.
