WOW!! How good was this!! I will definally be cooking my corned beef like this for now on. This was excellant. Next time Im going to double up on the receipe. So we can have leftovers! I would highly recommend this dish.

WOW! I never would have thought to put those 3 ingredients together for the sauce. It's amazing. Even my mustard hating 14 yr. old loved it. I'll start making corned beef more than once a year with this recipe!

I made this last year for St. Patrick's Day and everyone loved it. I will make again for St. Pat's day again. This is my favorite recipe!

This was a nice change. I thought the sauce was awesome a little mustardy for my hubby but he still enjoyed it. Only thing is my selection of meat, I should've gotten a less fatty cut.

This was phenomenal. The sauce was delicious and got raves from everyone. I agree with a comment made earlier that the meat doesn't serve 12. We made it for St. Patrick's Day for a party of 8 and the meat was completely gone. I even made close to 4 lbs and we could've eaten more.
