So delicious and EASY! I bought stew meat, which was 80 cents cheaper per pound at the time, and it was already cut into chunks. Talk about easy! I was shocked at how tender the meat ended up after such a short cooking time. I added about 15 min to the covered cooking time, so my 45 min was actually an hour. We ate it over no-yolk egg noodles, and my family LOVED it!
