I was a little nervous about this, but holy cow were we surprised! After reading every one of the comments, I made a couple changes, a little more meat and potatoes than called for, celery, bay leaf, a little fresh garlic, Italian seasoned tomatoes, I also seasoned the flour with season salt and garlic pepper (grinder). It seems like a lot of adjustments, but its not. The cook time was a little longer for the potatoes, but it was worth the wait. I didn't serve with noodles, but made cheddar drop biscuits and salad instead. This is will be a winter add in for our meal plans. Our company couldn't believe the meat wasn't cooked in a slow cooker, very tender. No leftovers were left! :)
