The prep was easy. As far as cook time, I think an additional 30 minutes should be added. The flavor was ok. However, I now know how to make stew and tweak it my taste. I do plan to make again.

Currently making this again, and thought I would rate it while it is simmering :) My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed this stew and it is so easy to make! Very nice flavour.

This was a very hardy meal! I didn't have the envelope of spices so I added my own and more veggies but it tasted great and not bland at all. Even filled up my husband.

It was AMAZING! It tastes just like the recipe my grandma used to make when I was little! I might add turnips next time, but it was perfect!

I had very high expectations after reading the reviews online. It was good and worth making again, but definitely not the amazing dish that many of the reviews made it out to be. A nice, solid stew.

This recipe was awesome! The flavor was so amazing and rich. It is perfect comfort food for a rainy day. I didn't use any noodles though. I just served it with salad and french break and it was excellent. If you are looking to cut out a few calories, that's probably the best way to do it. My husband loved it so much he asked me to make it the next night! We had it 2 nights in a row!
