I made this recipe and it was very addicting. Great way to use pistachio! It makes quite a bit though, and does not store well for more than 3-4 days.

Good idea about the red food coloring! I didn't know you could buy the Oreo crumbs in a box either. I will certainly do that next time. Crushing the Oreo's takes forever! This recipe has become a must with my family for the holidays!

Instead of using Oreo cookies I use Oreo box crumbs. It saves me time. I make it for the Christmas holidays and use some red food coloring in the Cool Whip for the topping to give it a holiday look.

This dessert was absolutely delicious. I made it for our 4th of July bbq. Everybody liked it even a person who doesnt care for pistachio. It worked better as a scoopable dessert rather than a bar dessert but that didnt make one bit of a difference. I will definitely make this again. BIG HIT!!!!!

Somebody had brought this recipe to a pot luck over a year ago; I have been wanting to get the recipe ever since. I found it and made it for the kids for a family get together and it was the adults raving about how good this was, and it was sooooo easy to make...I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe!

My family loved this and they are very fussy. When I brought it for a potluck at work, I received many compliments. Everyone who has tasted this really loved it. It is very easy to make and the recipe makes many servings. Good for a family get together or a pot luck.

I had this for the first time at a Potluck...I loved it! I would have gone back for more but it was completely gone on the first round. Then I made it at home for my husband who hates Pistachio pudding, and he couldn't stop eating it!
