All dressed up, and this bar has places to go. With its dark crust, two lush fillings and bright, refreshing flavor, this delish number is first on every guest list.

I took this to work today and everyone loved it! Would definately make it again, but would use 1 more box of pudding and more cool whip. So good with the pistachios on top!

I made this for a staff Saint Patrick's Day celebration. Everyone LOVED it. It is so easy to make. So many coworkers have already asked me for the recipe!

I made this for the first time and took it to work. Everyone loved it! It is really good. Although my layers were kinda thin...I might try a smaller pan the next time for thicker layers or use more pudding and cool whip.

If you are looking for something new and fresh tasting, this is it. I brought this to church and when I showed up today without the recipe, they marched me right into an office so I could access this site to print it out for all of them! This is so yummy and easy! Must try!!

I brought this to work today for a birthday treat and it was gone in a half hour! Tasted great! I used 3 pkgs of Pistachio pudding instead of 2 as other reviewers have mentioned. I would also recommend 1.5 tubs of cool whip versus the 1. There wasnt much whip cream left to spread on top.

This sounds so yummy & I know it will be great - I plan to make it. Also, feel it would be good to use a prepared cookie crust that comes in a pie pan & use 1/2 recipe of the pudding, milk, cool whip & toffee bits.

I used 2 small packs of dry pudding with about 1 1/2 quarts of vanilla ice cream instead of the milk. It's thicker and creamier.

This recipe was so easy to make and it was great. I used 3 packages of Jello and 3 cups of milk like someone suggested in the comments earlier. Everyone loved it even my husband who doesn't like pistachio !!

Has anyone tried to make this ahead and freeze it?
