Banana Caramel Spice Pie

This recipe was amazing! Perfect combo of ingredients! I used regular graham cracker crust and added nuts to the top! Great!

what you need

large ripe banana, sliced

OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

cups cold milk

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding

1/2

tsp. ground cinnamon

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

cup caramel ice cream topping

Make It

PLACE banana slices on bottom of crust.

POUR cold milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes and cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Serve topped with caramel topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

I have made this several times and I use a shortbread crust (my own recipe). Everyone just loves it.

Another option that is very good if you have trouble finding the White Chocolate Pudding as I did is to use Cheesecake pudding.

I had to use plain chocolate filling b/c there was no white chocolate filling at the store. It still turned out delicious!!! I also crumbled a few oreos on the top. YUM!!!

Super cheap, super easy, and out of this world! Very Very Good! Could not find oreo crust so I used graham cracker crust. I'm sure it was just as good, if not better! Will definitely make again. It was a hit!

I took this to a friends for New Year's eve and we all loved it. Super easy to make and we will all be making this one again. Could even be made with a graham craker crust - I think I will try it that way next time. Great recipe.
