Sooo yummy!!! I omitted the vanilla yogurt because of personal preference, and added some chopped pecans and marshmallows. It took less than five minutes and is inexpensive!

This is so yummy! The only change I made was that I used regular pistachio pudding mix, I can't tolerate the aspartame that is in the sugar free Jello pudding mix.

You wouldn't know it's low fat, it's very good, and I don't tell people it's low-fat.

I made this recipe for the first time for a company dessert and everyone was happy with the taste, the presentation and the fact that it was a low fat dessert following dinner.

My dad is a diabetic and I'm watching my weight. I made this dessert and I loved it. My daughter also loved it. I will definatley make this again!!! :)
