Low-Fat Watergate Salad

This was easy to make and tasted great.

I have been making this receipe (with one change) for many years. I use pineapple yogurt . And sometime I put it into a graham cracker crust as pie. Great dessert for summer. It slides right down, no matter how full you think you are.

I made this for my co-workers and they loved it. They even asked for it again at our Easter Potluck. I used strawberry jello instead of the pastichio that it orginally called for.

Easy and quick. I would recomend this to anyone who is stuck for something to take to a dish to pass function. It has always been a hit for me!

I have been making this "salad" since 1982 and was a young married stationed in South Carolina!! Believe it or not--our group, always wanting for money, would get together and make this and your Kraft Boxed Spaghetti dinner!! To this day, those dinners are most memorable, and everyone who has had this salad since has always wanted the recipe!!! Through the years, it has been named "GREEN STUFF!!
