I used decaffeinated coffee and added just a little cinnamon into the pudding as well. My husband loved it and it's great for those of us that can't have caffeine. Don't tell that you made the substitution and no one knows the difference.

Easy to make but not impressive at all and it doesn't tastetoo good either.

My parents and I like sugar-free pudding, but find that it tastes too sweet. However, the coffee cuts the sweetness, and this comes out light, fluffy and delicious, even without topping. We love it!
