Omg...this was a fast refreshing awsome dessert. Even for someone like me that doesn't drink coffee. Will make it again

I've made this twice and it was a hit, it is so different. Looks great too. Thought servings weren't quite large enough so added to.

This is also excellent to make a mocha dessert by using chocolate pudding rather than the vanilla. Both are wonderful!

According to the previous reviewer, you have to boil this. Well, I have made this many times and have never had to boil it. Maybe because I use General Foods International Instant Coffee instead of Maxwell House. I don't know, but mine always comes out great. This is one of my favorite treats.

The instructions forgot to mention that the pudding mixture, with the milk, needs to be boiled... otherwise the instant coffee doesn't dissolve and the mixture will not gel in the refridgerator!!! Otherwise, a great and easy dessert!

This is great recipe! It was a nice light dessert after a big meal. My husband did not like it, mostly because he does not like coffee. I will make again!

I was surprised how good this was. I used a capp. mix that was french vanilla flavor, it too was low fat. I have three children two that I thought would not like this at all, well the LOVED it!! I made it again already. So easy, I also did not mix the cinnamon I sprinkled it on top for show.

OMG! i LOVE this!! i used the 6 serving vanilla pudding mix since i am not a fan of coffee and this was just delicious!! i used fat-free everything so this dessert is fat-free and my new favorite!! i will always make this.
