Cappuccino Dessert

This recipe was so quick and easy! To my surprise this dessert was a hit with my children!

My daughter made this while I was making dinner - easy. We put the Cool Whip in the pudding to make it more like a mousse - very good. Next time we'll omit the cinnamon but add more coffee. We enjoyed it.

So easy and so yummy! I love the flavor combination. I mixed the cinnamon in with the pudding and it was good.

It was very good....but took longer to harden than the recipe said

also for holiday mouse: if you use soy milk the pudding will not set up.

This is for holiday mouse, maybe you didn't use instant pudding and that's why it turned out watery. Just a guess! :)

HELP. I followed this to the letter--3 successive days (each was a messy failure). It was the same each time--watery brown milk. Read the recipe, as it says to whisk it-not use a mixer (don't believe that would make a difference). Maybe there's a misprint. I wanted it to turn out like the photo but it turned out like a bowl of milk/coffee and vanilla jello (after hours of refrigeration). ????? What happened? Anyone?
