My parents and I like sugar-free pudding, but find that it tastes too sweet. However, the coffee cuts the sweetness, and this comes out light, fluffy and delicious, even without topping. We love it!

I found that using an electric mixer works better than whisking by hand. My family and I enjoyed this dessert very much. I'll definitely make it again.

I make this receipe weekly, I love the fact that it is low fat, low sugar and it still satisfies my 'sweet tooth!' I always want to snack on something sweet in the evening and this is perfect!

I used White Chocolate Sugar Free Pudding and mixed the cool whip in with the pudding and then sprinkled with nutmeg. Great dessert, especially if you're watching fat and calories. Good on Weight Watchers; 1 Pt. per serving.

I am NOT a coffee fan, but thought that the recipe sounded delicious. I made one variation and that was to use chocolate sugar free jello instead of the vanilla for more of a mocha flavor. YUMMY! I used this as a base for a cream pie with an Oreo crust, and everyone raved. As a diabetic with a sweet tooth, this is wonderful! Thanks
