My kids and grandkids loved this recipe and asked me to make it again..it was very good, if you like a coffee flavor..I sprinkled the cinnamon on the Cool Whip instead of mixing it into it..Sandy

I needed a quick and easy dessert for a Christmas potluck dinner so I got the six serving of vanilla pudding, added an extra cup of milk and tsp of coffee plus a 1/2 cup of Cool Whip (to add a little volume.) I used white Dixie cups to make individual serving sizes. The pudding had a wonderful coffee taste, looked great on a party tray. Everyone enjoyed the little sampling.

What a great way to end a meal and feel like you splurged! My husband and I like a little more cinnamon, so rather than put the cinnamon in the whipped topping, I spoon the whipped topping onto the "Cappuccino" and then dust with cinnamon. For entertaining, this looks beautiful in a clear coffee cup with the cinnamon dusting. The best part is...people are stunned when they find out they're eating "healthy"!

I skipped the cool whip and instead of milk used fat free half & half Recipe also works great with flavored coffee.

I like the punch the coffee gives and the different flavor. I put the cinnamon into the pudding when mixing instead of on top of the Cool Whip. This will definitely be made again.

I skipped the Cool Whip and added a few dashes of cinnamon directly in into the pudding mix. It came out really well!
