I wish they would make sugar free pudding and jello without aspartane sweetner and use Splenda instead, too many harmful side effects and adverse symptoms. I would rather use the pudding with sugar like I did instead of using aspartane. Although the recipe tastes good and easy to make. I usually layer this with small pieces of angel food cake.

This was Fantastic! Also, I am on the W/W program and it is 1/2c for 1 point! I am going to bring this recipe to my W/W meeting tommorrow night! And it is like a Trifle recipe, which I love trifles! Keep them coming!

This is fun, easy & delicious! I let my family "build their own" parfaits while at the same time keeping a check on fat grams. Be sure to use fresh strawberries since they're packed with good nutrition. A lovely healthy treat to follow a well-balanced dinner!

I have found that this recipe is especially good with the pistachio flavored Jello pudding mix.

there ARE some of out there who haven't made this recipe yet, but who will! I see no cookies in the inserted picture, but if you look closely it looks like strawberries in the pudding, not cookies. I think Kraft does an excellent job at bringing us great recipes!
