Yum! Not a big fan of frozen veggies, I cooked fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and used a box of frozen peas. The cheese mixture was like a nice, light, cheesy white sauce. It could have used a little seasoned salt and pepper. The family devouered it...definately a hit! Might even make a great mac and cheese with less veggies and maybe some small shell pasta.
