Made it for the first time for visitors and everyone liked it.

I cooked it in the broiler--it was very smooth and tasty. Melt in your mouth with good flavor.

I made this receipt for my 10 years wedding anniversary and even when mi child didn't like fish he start loving this because he and my husband really like lemon flavor and I added some extra juice to the recipe, and it resulted great.

I used Miracle Whip instead of Mayo and a little buttermilk, plus a big dollop of Kraft Dijon Mustard with the other ingredients. Served it on salmon. It was absolutely delicious.
